Fixed-return investment
Lend your capital to the project at a fixed, predictable rate — above what a fixed-term deposit pays. Your money funds real, regenerative production while it earns.
Simulate my investmentHow it works
You contribute your capital for an agreed term and receive a fixed return, set on the Banco Nación benchmark rate plus an add-on. You choose the currency; we provide the production that backs your investment. You can invest your money for a period of 7 to 12 months, depending on your needs.
Your return is the Banco Nación electronic fixed-term rate + 5% (nominal annual). Always above leaving it in the bank.
Your return is the Banco Nación USD fixed-term rate + 4% (annual). A return in hard currency.
Your capital funds a verified regenerative production system (EOV Savory): it earns and, on top of that, helps heal the soil.
It's not an abstract financial promise: your capital works on a productive farm and its livestock — real assets — and funds a verified regenerative production system (EOV Savory). A return with tangible backing and impact: your money earns while it helps heal the soil.
Human to human
Your capital goes straight to the people who grow your food. You get to know who you're lending to and what your money regenerates: a person-to-person relationship, with a name, a face and a purpose. That's financing human to human.
Simulator
Choose the currency, amount and term. The Banco Nación base rate is editable: update it to the day's value. The project add-on is applied automatically (+5% in pesos, +4% in dollars).
Reference calculation using simple interest on the nominal annual rate: interest = capital × rate × (months/12). Banco Nación rates vary: update the base rate to the day of your inquiry. This does not constitute a guaranteed return; amounts, terms and conditions are agreed in each contract.
